BAND C, POINT 1 TO 3, £23,893 TO £25,545 (PRO RATA £8,508.04 TO £9,096.30)
Please note that where continuous service from previous employment applies, subject to terms and conditions, the pro rata salary would be re-calculated based on the applicable service of the successful candidate. The pro rata salaries stated on this advert have been calculated with no relevant continuous service.
The successful candidate will:
Under the instruction/guidance of senior staff provide general administrative/financial support.
Undertake reception duties, providing a professional and welcoming appearance to the school for staff, students, visitors and members of the public.
Undertake a range of general administrative duties, including word processing, maintenance of spreadsheets, filing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Develop a broad understanding of the wide variety of roles within the academy support team.
Undertake a range of reprographics duties including, photocopying, laminating etc.
