Term-time only, plus 5 in-service days, 8am to 4pm (including 1 hour lunch break)

Permanent contract - start date as soon as possible

We are a successful and popular three-form-entry junior school. Our success is down to the supreme skills and commitment of our staff. You will be joining an experienced team who will give generously of their time and expertise to support you. We are looking for an outstanding administrator and attendance officer to undertake a key role in our administrative team. The role requires an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and excellent organisational and administrative skills. At the centre of everything that goes on in school, your duties will be varied, including looking after the children’s needs, supporting colleagues and parents and being the first point of call for all visitors to the school.

You will be a confident user of ICT systems, a quick learner, and able to use your initiative to solve problems and respond to new challenges; responsible for managing the school’s information, communications and payments systems and databases. You will also monitor daily attendance and provide support to parents and to the Headteacher in managing attendance.
