Administrator - Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) (Maternity Cover)
Grade C - £23,115 - £24,140 FTE (depending on experience)
Actual Salary based on 30 hours per week - £16,074 - £16,787 per annum
Temporary maternity cover, expected to end July 2025
30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)
Weekly working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 15:00
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about embedding a planned careers programme for all pupils in Years 7 to 11. This individual will work collaboratively to inspire every pupil to develop high aspirations and to consider a relevant, broad and ambitious range of career and post-16 options.
The current programme includes a range of activities e.g., employer talks, careers fairs, motivational speakers and draws upon an established a close working relationship with post-16 providers, employers and other organisations to inspire pupils about the world of work and the qualifications on offer to develop the skills in an area of interest.
We are seeking someone to provide administrative responsibilities to allow the facilitation of the existing provision to continue to embed our current CEIAG strategy through liaison with colleagues, local businesses and post-16 providers, external services, community service organisations and to ensure compliance and full implementation of the Gatsby Benchmarks.
