What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently looking for an Administrator to work in our busy office for 30 hours per week, term time only. This is a permanent post to start on 17th April 2023.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, approachable administrator, to work term time only, who will be a point of contact for our children, parents and visitors. If you have experience of working in a busy office, where multi-tasking is essential with a friendly and reassuring smile, have a ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent IT skills, then this role could be for you. You should ideally be proactive, motivated, have strong administrative and organisational skills and be numerically confident. This is a busy and varied role where confidentiality is key. The successful candidate must be able to prioritise, meet deadlines, be able to use their initiative and work independently. Experience of using Arbor is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
