Leigh Academy Blackheath has a rare and exciting opportunity to appoint an Administrator to join us from February 2022. Our successful candidate will be pivotal to the smooth running of the school office - you’ll be the first point of contact for many members of the school and external stakeholders, with the ability to turn your hand to any admin-related task that is required. Applicants should be professional, personable and committed to providing an excellent service on behalf of the school and wider Trust, and above all else our appointed candidate will have a positive work ethic and can-do attitude.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Excellent organisational and planning skills with outstanding attention to detail
Computer literacy in Office and G Suite
Experience of working within a busy office environment
An ability to deliver to given timelines and targets
To use initiative and adopt a creative approach to problem-solving
Aptitude and desire to work collaboratively, flexibly, supporting others
This role is offered on a permanent basis with an actual salary of £17,259 per annum, based 37.5 hours per week (8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday), Term Time + 1 week inset.
