NJC Grade C7 - £24,294 Full time equivalent – Apprximately £18,192 per year
This is a permanent post to commence September 2024.
Education South West and Blackawton Primary School are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual to carry out the role of School Administrator / PA to Headteacher. There is some flexibility to the role, but the ideal applicant should be able to work at Blackawton Primary School, Monday to Friday in the School Office between 8.30am-3.30pm.

Situated in the beautiful village of Blackawton, a few miles from Dartmouth and close to Totnes, our wonderful school is set with the outstanding South Hams area. Our school aspires to be a safe environment at the heart of the community where everyone is valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.
Working in a busy, fast paced office environment, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills and be able to maintain high levels of organisation, confidentiality and accuracy whilst working to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
You will be required to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and carers, staff across the school and Trust, visitors to the school and governors. A good standard of English and Maths is essential as well as experience of working within an office environment carrying out administrative duties or similar. Safeguarding level 3 trained, EVOLVE trained and experience of Bromcom is desirable but not essential.
