Contract: FTC Maternity Cover
Hours: 8:30 - 4pm Mon - Thurs with half hour lunch then 9-4pm Fri,
34.5 hours per week.
Salary: SCP 3 £18,562 FTE

Our very lively Orchard Academy wish to appoint a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to provide a high quality, confidential and timely service to students, staff, parents and visitors, supporting the delivery of effective school leadership and management. To provide a high standard of customer care to everyone who makes contact with the School. To assist in the maintenance, development and the evaluation of administrative systems and procedures
We are looking for an employee with admin experience, preferably within a school admin team and has knowledge of SIMS.
Main requirements / responsibilities of the role: -
Reception and admin duties
Excellent verbal and written English skills
A positive attitude and effective communication skills
The ability to work accurately to tight deadlines –
A commitment to ensuring confidentiality - Ability to prioritise, multitask and work as part of a team
