St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking team. Reporting to the PA to the CEO/Executive Team, the role is offered on a full time, all year-round basis.
The Role
You will provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative support to members of the Executive Team, Central Team, and academies. You will greet all visitors to the Trust central office (St Katherine’s House) in a professional, welcoming manner and efficiently answer, manage, and direct telephone calls.
You will be involved with general office administration, financial administration, estates and health and safety administration, marketing/media administration, data administration and in any other duties which may be reasonably directed by the line manager, Executive Team and Central Team colleagues.
The Individual
You will have obtained GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. You will have proven administration experience, of working in a busy office with tight deadlines and conflicting demands.
You will have the ability to work professionally and effectively with other team members, partners, and all stakeholders. You must have good computer and digital skills, especially with Outlook, Excel, Word and social media.
Whilst being a Catholic is not a requirement, you must be willing to support the Catholic life and ethos in our academies.
