An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator on our central team.

We are seeking a motivated, highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Central Team. This is a varied role that will support the day-to-day operations of the Trust by providing high-quality administrative assistance to the Central team.

As Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the central team

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR

To support the Central team and provide administrative support. High standards of organisational and planning skills will be essential, along with good IT skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The duties and responsibilities listed below are indicative of the tasks the Administrator will perform, and are not intended to be an exhaustive list.

Main Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks including diary management, organising training events, minuting meetings, dealing with correspondence as well as more generally managing the enquiries inbox and telephone and acting as the face of The Collective Community Trust.

  • To provide clerical and administrative support to the central team -i.e. photocopying, filing.
  • Correspondence for the central team- i.e. emailing, completing forms, replying to letters
  • Proof read and format policies.
  • Training preparation: set up and support the management of meetings and events including booking rooms, audio visual and catering.
  • Write and circulate correspondence and documents to schools.
  • Deal with general queries by e-mail and telephone.
  • Liaise with headteachers and admin staff in schools within the Trust.
  • Upload documents, including policies, pecuniary interests and job advertisements to the

website.

  • Distribute marketing flyers and general information via email or post.
  • Maintain systems for a range of resources, including databases.
  • Maintain stationery supplies and order new as required.
  • Open post and distribute to central staff.
  • Support staff with printing, copying and filing.
  • Provide other general admin support to the central team.

General

  • Support the overall values and ethos of the Trust
  • Be a part of the Central Team and support the smooth running of the office.
  • Have an understanding of data protection and GDPR.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, occasionally outside of normal hours.
  • Maintain the confidentiality in the course of undertaking duties.
