Administrator job summary

The Acorn Centre

We are looking for a part-time admin assistant to join our lovely team in our Acorn Centre office. The position is term time only working 15 hours per week. The Acorn Centre is lead by the Headteacher at Warren Dell and is part of the Agora Learning Partnership with new and exciting opportunities for CPD and collaborative work. This position will offer varied responsibilities each day including welcoming parents and visitors into the provision, answering the telephone as well as keeping paper and online records. We have a great staff team who are committed to our children and families and we pride ourselves on working closely with our families and other agencies. Strong literacy and maths skills are essential along with good time management and excellent communication skills.

*Please note - the position is not based at Warrendell School. The Acorn Centre is currently based at The Lincolnsfield Centre
