Advanced Teaching Assistant job summary
We seek to appoint 2 Advanced Teaching Assistants for 30 hours per week, working term time only, on a permanent basis to join the team at Manor Church of England Academy.

We are blessed to have state of the art facilities and supportive families, however our greatest assets are the over 1,100 young people enrolled with us and the 140 highly gifted teaching and support staff that work in our academy. Our aim is that all students and staff 'serve others, grow together and live life to the full'.
The post holder will work within the classroom to complement the professional work of the teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities, to assist and support the learning and development of the pupils. This role will work under the direction of the class teacher and other appropriate staff, in assisting with and contributing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of the learning process.
This role is ideal for those wishing to pursue a career in the Education Sector, or those stepping back from Teaching who wish to continue to support pupils to achieve their very best.

Hours of Work: 30 hours per Week, Term Time Only
