What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of working in a school environment or working with children / young people;
- Level 2 qualification in English & Maths, or equivalent;
- L3 Qualification relating to working with children and young people;
- Willingness to undertake and complete training;
- Ability to effectively communicate with a range of audiences;
- Ability to use standard ICT packages;
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to relate to students in a pleasant and sympathetic manner and to recognise potential child safeguarding issues.
