After School Club Assistant job summary
Are you caring, reliable,
flexible and fun? Do you love working
with children?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to support the day to day running of our After School Club. You will be responsible for providing supervision, and care, for the children attending the club, and engaging the children in high quality activities ensuring an enriching, home from home, environment in which they can spend their time.
We are looking for
someone:

Who is energetic, positive,
resilient, creative, flexible, and has a great sense of humour.

Who will support the
Leader in all aspects of running the club.
·
Who will prepare and
provide refreshments for the children attending the club.
·
Who will ensure that
health and safety needs are met at all times.
·
Is patient and
understanding with children, and colleagues.
·
Can administer basic
first aid (training will be provided)
Ideally you will:
·
Have good general skills
at dealing with children and;
·
Have the ability to learn
and apply support techniques, and develop your skills and experience.
·
Be calm, patient and flexible.

The post will be 15 Hours per week - 3pm until 6pm Daily
