• Actual salary: 10.50 per hour

• Has a commitment to raising standards by supporting all pupils to be the best they can be.
• Is not afraid to challenge academy and Trust leaders to ensure we achieve the very best for all our pupils.
• Has a good understanding of after school club provision and is confident to work with staff to shape it to meet pupils’ wellbeing as well as their interests and needs.
