After School Club Supervisor/ Manager job summary

We are looking for a fun, energetic, and creative After School Club Manager to lead our vibrant after-school provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality play experiences and creating a safe, welcoming environment for children.

About the Role

As our After School Club Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a small team of two After School Club Assistants.

  • Plan, organise, and deliver engaging, creative, and varied activities that children love.

  • Coordinate and oversee snack time, ensuring routines run smoothly and food is provided safely and efficiently.

  • Use positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a happy, respectful atmosphere.

  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and supervision.

  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children.

  • Bring your energy and enthusiasm to create a club that children are excited to attend every day.
