AHT of KS3, Senior MH Lead (teaching) or Director of Pastoral at KS3, Senior MH Lead (support) job summary

We require a resilient, enthusiastic and creative leader to join our leadership team. , You will be responsible for Key Stage 3 and work strategically with the AHT responsible for Key Stage 4 and the Deputy Headteacher to help us to lead our school to become great. Having responsibility for Key Stage 3 students and Year teams, you will have high expectations of yourself and inspire high standards in others, working relentlessly to ensure the Marple Hall Spirit is lived out through every member of our community. As the designated senior mental health lead, you will be responsible for implementing a whole-school approach to promote good mental wellbeing and resilience amongst students and staff.

This role would be suitable for teaching or non-teaching staff
