Our successful candidate will:

• Have proven success in an Early Years setting

 Have high expectations of behaviour and standards

 Inspire, motivate and challenge children

 Adapt teaching and learning to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils

 Have a good knowledge of the Early Years and KS1 curriculum and expectations

 Maintain high standards providing care, implementing safeguarding practices following preschool policies and procedures.

 Ensure children’s progress is monitored and assessed regularly, keeping up to date records and reports of their development.

 Work in partnership with management, colleagues and other professionals as required including family support workers, speech therapists, SENDCO.

 Possess excellent interpersonal skills

 Have the ability to work in and lead a supportive, happy, passionate, creative and dedicated team

 Show commitment to lifelong learning

Visits to the school are encouraged
