To take the lead in our successful Pre School
Salary M1-M6 dependent on qualifications and experience

Our successful candidate will:
• Have proven success in an Early Years setting
Have high expectations of behaviour and standards
Inspire, motivate and challenge children
Adapt teaching and learning to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
Have a good knowledge of the Early Years and KS1 curriculum and expectations
Maintain high standards providing care, implementing safeguarding practices following preschool policies and procedures.
Ensure children’s progress is monitored and assessed regularly, keeping up to date records and reports of their development.
Work in partnership with management, colleagues and other professionals as required including family support workers, speech therapists, SENDCO.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Have the ability to work in and lead a supportive, happy, passionate, creative and dedicated team
Show commitment to lifelong learning
Visits to the school are encouraged
