🏫 Location: Highfield Ely Academy

💼 Full-Time: all-year round

📅 Shift pattern covers 7am-9am and 3pm-6.30pm, Monday to Friday

💷 £23,565 per annum

🌟 Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor Apprenticeship

We have an amazing opportunity for a self-motivated individual to train to be a Caretaker at our wonderful academy, learning the role from experienced colleagues, whilst completing a Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor apprenticeship. Previous experience is not required as this is a trainee role. An affinity with the Trust’s values is essential.

Your Role:

Ensure that the academy is a safe and clean environment for students, staff and visitors
Undertake general site maintenance and basic equipment repairs
Maintain the grounds
Support the delivery of sustainable approaches to working
Locking / unlocking and ensuring the security of the site and buildings

What We Need:

Excellent Communication: friendly and professional with good communication skills
Organisational Skills: able to multitask, be thorough and pay attention to detail
