Apprentice Inclusion Worker job summary
We are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Inclusion Worker to join our team at Reach Academy.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to supporting our young people to reach their full potential. The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement, whilst supporting behaviour for learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self esteem and encouraging independence.
The employment contract will initially cover the expected duration of the apprenticeship training period (16 months), with opportunity to review closer to the expected completion date.
