About the role:

Moulsham High School would like to recruit an IT Apprentice to provide 1st, 2nd, and Third-line support to all users within the school. The role will be based out of Moulsham High School, but some travel maybe required to other schools within the academy and to the central office which is based in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a level 3/4 apprenticeship course with our apprenticeship provider. There maybe a chance of full time employment once the program finishes depending on the academies business needs at the time.


We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Practical knowledge of operating and maintaining PC hardware and software.
  • Experience in using and maintaining Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work with children of all ages.
  • Willingness to learn and improve technical skills through recognised qualifications/in-house training.
  • A cheerful disposition.
