We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in recruitment, where you will support the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience. You will learn and develop skills in HR and recruitment, providing vital administrative support and ensuring compliance with safeguarding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, posting, and managing job adverts on relevant platforms.
- Support shortlisting, arranging interviews, and facilitating the interview process.
- Carry out pre-employment checks, request references, and issue conditional offer letters.
- Support the onboarding process by issuing contracts and assisting with employee induction.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and safeguarding policies.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and recruitment marketing activities.
What You’ll Need:
- GCSEs (grade C/level 4 or above) in English and Maths.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong communication skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and work towards the HR Support apprenticeship standard.
