Apprentice Science Technician job summary

George Salter Academy is a friendly, happy and vibrant 11-18 academy, serving a multi-cultural community and we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Apprentice Science Technician to join us as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative, have good organisational skills and work well under pressure in order to facilitate and actively contribute to high quality teaching and learning.

The role involves working with teaching staff to prepare for lessons and ensuring that laboratories and preparation rooms are maintained in a well organised condition, ensuring the safe storage and accessibility of equipment, tools and materials.
