What skills and experience we're looking for
The Excel Academy are looking to appoint a conscientious, organised, highly motivated and flexible Apprentice Site Supervisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with keen interest in maintenance, security and health and safety to gain practical experience whilst securing an official qualification.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an apprenticeship course funded by the Trust. Upon successful completion, you will secure a permanent role of Site Supervisor, which may be based at any academy within the Trust.
As part of the Trust’s Staff Development programme, further opportunities will be available for career and pay progression.
The
ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and
students in accurate
spoken
English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil
all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
