The successful candidate will:
- Provide support to teachers in preparing for lessons
- Support pupils with classroom activities
- Act as a role model for pupils and be a positive influence
- Be committed to continuous improvement
- Be resilient and have a sense of humour
- Be committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all children in their care.
- Be capable of working well as part of a team
- Support the school ICARE values of inclusion, compassion, aspiration, resilience and excellence
- Assist with the supervision of pupils outside
lesson times, eg lunchtime, breaks
