• Contract type: Fixed term - 1 year
• Actual salary: £6.40 per hour
• Pay scale: Apprentice Year 1

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
• Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing additional guidance and encouragement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the overall well-being and personal development of all students.
• Collaborate with teachers and fellow support staff to create and implement effective learning strategies.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom resources, ensuring a stimulating and organised learning environment.
• Requirements:
• English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to support the growth and development of young learners.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, teachers, and parents.
• A positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
• A commitment to continuous professional development, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• A commitment to complete the whole apprenticeship
