What skills and experience we're looking for
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing additional guidance and encouragement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the overall well-being and personal development of all students.
- Collaborate with teachers and fellow support staff to create and implement effective learning strategies.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom resources, ensuring a stimulating and organised learning environment.
- Requirements:
- English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to support the growth and development of young learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, teachers, and parents.
- A positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- A commitment to complete the whole apprenticeship
