What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a highly committed apprentice to join our team to work across the primary phase.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent organisational skills, appropriate to your experience.
  • Enthusiasm to develop an imaginative and creative approach to supporting children in their education.
  • Commitment to building good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Energy and enthusiasm, together with high expectations for every child to achieve their full potential.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to change.

Experience of volunteering or previous work in school would be an advantage.
