What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supporting students and their parents/carers, along with previous experience of managing student behavioural issues and raising standards of achievement. A good educational background, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C in English Language and Maths are required for this role.

Further details about the role
Hampton Gardens School is seeking a dedicated individual in the newly created role of Appropriate Provision Manager. Working as part of a high-quality wider pastoral team, the postholder will supervise small groups of students to develop their academic learning, as well as supporting their broader social and emotional development, by accessing a high-quality bespoke curriculum designed to meet their individual needs, with a view to reintegration back into mainstream provision. Students will be identified through careful assessment and may have anxiety or emotional needs acting as a barrier to better attendance or engagement.

Hampton Gardens is an 11-19 free school which opened in September 2017 to an initial intake of 180 Year 7 students. When full, the school will accommodate 1200 students in years 7-11 and 300 students in Sixth Form.
Hampton Gardens is part of the Hampton Academies Trust who also run the highly successful and popular Hampton College all-through school, Hampton Lakes Primary School and Dogsthorpe Infant School. HAT schools have very close links and some shared staff.
