We are looking for a caring, empathetic and creative teaching assistant to join our Area Resource Base of ten pupils with special educational learning needs. The base is for children from early years to Year 6 and sits within our main school building. The children have a range of needs and are supported by a highly skilled and dedicated team.

Further details about the role

The role will involve playing with children, supporting their routines, helping work towards their individual targets, supporting with lunch and snack times, supporting with intimate care and taking trips out into the local area.

Passion, initiative and flexibility are essential. Training will be provided.

The successful applicant will be required to work 30 hours per week, term time only and on a permanent basis.
