Area Manager - FACES Out of School Clubs job summary
Spiral FACES provides high quality, out of school hours' childcare services ensuring physical, emotional and individual needs for all children are met within a safe environment. We place an emphasis on respect and equal opportunity for all, providing a broad range of experiences within a stimulating setting through which children can develop skills as confident and independent individuals.
The Area Manager’s role is to provide effective leadership, management and administration of the FACES clubs including all breakfast, after-school and holiday club settings. The role holder will oversee the quality of provision at each club to ensure that high quality childcare is provided at all times and that all clubs offer a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed leader, ideally with experience within a childcare environment. Candidates will have excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills to lead our committed and diverse teams across our clubs.
Spiral FACES is part of Spiral Partnership Trust and currently runs clubs at four of Spiral's schools - Fleetville Infant & Nursery School, Fleetville Junior School, Mandeville Primary School and Springmead Primary School.
