Art and Photography Teacher job summary
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Teacher who is passionate about their subject to join us at Woodrush High School and work within the Creative Arts faculty at an exciting time in its development.
To be responsible for a Key Stage within the department, assist with the responsibility for the professional leadership and management of the department to ensure high standards of teaching and learning are delivered, ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively and the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with academy policy.
To help shape and put into practice school policies designed to secure continuous improvement in the teaching of their subject(s) producing the highest standards of student achievement and ensuring that all students develop their knowledge, understanding, skills, and abilities within a secure and motivating educational environment.
