What skills and experience we're looking for

  • GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
  • Willingness and ability to obtain and/or enhance qualifications and training and development in the post.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a range of audiences.
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to use standard ICT packages including Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload to meet appropriate deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Previous experience within an art and photography related role
  • Ability to motivate young people in art and photography related subjects
