What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dynamic teacher of Art and Textiles for our high achieving Art & Design faculty. You will have the ability to teach Art and Textiles to KS3 and KS4 with a willingness to teach other subjects within the design and technology carousel if required. Art is studied throughout KS3 and Textiles is a popular KS4 and 5 option. The Art and Design offer at KS4 and 5 includes the endorsements of Fine Art, Graphic Communication and Photography. We are an extremely well equipped department and have dedicated Art studios, DT Workshops and Food Tech kitchens within the faculty. We look forward to hearing from candidates who would be excited to be a part of our aspiring and forward thinking team.
What the school offers its staff
New staff follow an established induction programme while more experienced staff are able to join our middle leadership and senior leadership training programmes. Many among our teaching staff choose to enrol in our school-based MA programme. Run in conjunction with St Mary's University.

The school is part of the Manor Trust, a multi academy trust comprising Norbury High and Kensington Avenue Primary school - the trust was formed in February 2019. We are located in Croydon, South London.
