What skills and experience we're looking for

The Assessment Development Manager role at Holy Trinity is a dynamic and challenging one. Working across primary and secondary phases and closely with the Deputy Headteacher and Exams Officer, you will ensure assessment and exams data in the MIS system (SIMS) is accurate and updated. You will have confidence in creating marksheets within SIMS and using assessment tools such as Sisra to create data reports for teachers and leaders. Working to deadlines to ensure the smooth functioning of information exchange and reporting across school and to stakeholders, including the DfE is expected and confidence in using excel formulas and functions to create and navigate data tables is essential.
