Sewell Park Academy, part of the Broad Horizons Education Trust, is looking to appoint an Assistant Careers Lead to join our team. The school has a burgeoning reputation culminating in achieving ‘the best OFSTED grading in its history', whilst growing with ever-increasing student and staff numbers.
To support the planning and delivery of the careers programme and work experience with the school. Assisting the Trust Careers Lead with the planning of careers events and activities and provide administrative support to the careers function within the school
Personal qualities suited to this role include; having the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines. Show resilience and be able to accept constructive feedback to further improve performance. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively, and show willingness to take on new challenges, demonstrating innovation, curiosity, and initiative.
