Assistant Caretaker job summary

15 hours per week

39 weeks per year (term time plus 15 hours to include training)

£8367 pro-rata

Split shift mornings and evenings - flexibility is possible for the right candidate.

We are looking to appoint a motivated, reliable and organised Assistant Caretaker. As part of our site team, they will be responsible for key holding, minor maintenance and repairs (including working at height), keeping a defined area of the school clean, and ensuring Health and Safety compliance checks are performed and recorded.

The successful candidate will need to take pride in their work, have an eye for hazards, be trustworthy, flexible and able to following cleaning programmes and safety procedures.
