Assistant Catering Manager job summary

Purpose of Role

Help plan, prepare, cook, serve and pack food and drink as appropriate and deliver / serve to customers at the correct time. Assist the Catering Manager with admin tasks and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen in the event of their absence. All team members of the kitchen are expected to carry out cleaning duties as required.
