We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and passionate specialist to join and help lead our outstanding Maths department. This is a tremendous opportunity to be part of a high performing team of specialist teachers who consistently achieve outstanding outcomes for our students. We are justifiably proud of our excellent results, achieving a Progress 8 score of +0.56 in 2024 and believe that we offer both students and staff a caring environment in which they can succeed.

We are justifiably proud of the outcomes achieved in Mathematics in 2024 with 80% of students achieving grade 4 and above, 67% achieving grade 5 and above and 36% achieving grade 7 and above. All outcomes judged to be significantly above national average with a progress score of +0.89.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Up to date knowledge of curriculum design and assessment.

An outstanding GCSE track record within your current department/school.

Experience of developing and holding staff accountable for students to achieve the highest outcomes.
