Assistant Director of Education (Attendance, Behaviour & Inclusion) job summary
The Assistant Director (Attendance, Behaviour and Inclusion) is a key leader within Emmanuel Schools Foundation (ESF). They ensure high standards of student attendance, behaviour and inclusion across the Trust. This role helps develop and implement strategies to encourage positive behaviour, strong student engagement, high attendance and inclusion in all Trust schools.
If appointed, you will ensure that every school within the Trust achieves strong outcomes and provides an enriching experience for students within the context of our inclusive Christian ethos.
The Trust comprises both schools with a religious character designation and those without and all provide Christian ethos schools of character for the whole community in six areas of significant deprivation. We have the privilege of educating over eight thousand children and young people every day and aspire to grow further.
Our appointment of an Assistant Director of Education (Attendance, Behaviour & Inclusion) marks a significant step change in the Trust.
