Assistant Estates Manager job summary

SAND Academies Trust are looking to appoint an Assistant Estates Manager to join our friendly team.

The successful applicant will be expected to provide operational and administrative support to the Trust Estates Manager in all areas of estate management and compliance, including the management of the Cleaning Lead and day to day supervision of the Premises Assistants. This post is full time, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round. The postholder will be entitled to 25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 after 5 years continuous service (pro-rated to the relevant working arrangements).
