What skills and experience we're looking for

Required for Easter 2023. The Academy Council of this outstanding, high achieving and oversubscribed Catholic Voluntary Academy seek to appoint an inspiring, enthusiastic, talented and experienced teacher of mathematics to provide leadership and management to our highly successful maths faculty. The successful candidate will support the faculty leader to build on existing strengths within the department and drive improvements to ensure that high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement is delivered to all students. The Maths Faculty enjoys excellent results across all key stages and is a popular option at A level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-qualified teacher of mathematics to take responsibility for supporting a committed team of staff with capacity to build on our November 2014 Outstanding Ofsted judgment. As an inspirational leader, you will have a proven track record in raising achievement and standards across all key stages and abilities.
