Assistant Faculty Progress Leader

Join our forward-thinking team as an Assistant Faculty Progress Leader, where you will play a key role in inspiring excellence, supporting staff, and ensuring every student reaches their full potential in Mathematics.

We are looking to recruit staff who share our vision and values to ensure that every child becomes the best version of themselves.

The Team

The person appointed will join a successful Mathematics team with an unswerving commitment to ensure that every student achieves their goals, whatever their circumstances.

You

The person appointed should:

  • Be an outstanding teacher of Mathematics, modelling best practice to colleagues
  • Be able to demonstrate positive impact on student progress, in relation to external benchmarks
  • Have experience of coaching colleagues and students, with clear impact

The Assessment Process will be:

  • student voice panel (20%)
  • lesson observation (30%)
  • task (10%)
  • interview (40%)
