You:
The person appointed should:
- Be an outstanding teacher of Mathematics, modelling best practice to colleagues
- Be able to demonstrate positive impact on student progress, in relation to external benchmarks
- Have experience of coaching colleagues and students, with clear impact

Further details about the role
The Assessment Process will be:
- student voice panel (25%)
- lesson observation (25%)
- interview (50%)
