Assistant Head (Assessment, Pupil Progress and Stakeholder Engagement) job summary
We require an exceptional educational practitioner with the ability and ambition to contribute to our vision and values so that our learners to have the self-confidence to be aspirational about their future lives and possess the know-how to achieve their goals.
You will be part of the executive team, working closely with the Head Teacher and the other Assistant Head (Safeguarding, Pastoral and Behaviour) to ensure all educational standards are met and that there is a strong focus on improving outcomes for all children. As part of the team, you will support, guide, and mentor colleagues and develop further our culture of continuous improvement and collective responsibility.
With specific responsibility for the school’s engagement and communication strategies you will continue to build on our strong reputation for effective use of the pupil premium grant and work with our parents and the local community to secure even better outcomes for our children.
