Clarion Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Head to join our Leadership team at Pakefield High School, Lowestoft. The Assistant Head - Curriculum and Data will have a whole school responsibility to ensure the curriculum secures strong whole school outcomes. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum structure from timetabling, data monitoring activities, through to examinations. They will have the opportunity and support to inspire our staff and students to succeed. If you are an enthusiastic and ambitious leader who is highly motivated, forward-thinking and can build on our successes then we want to hear from you.

We welcome applicants with a range of experiences and will expect the successful candidate to influence and motivate others via their own excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

You will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
