Assistant Head - EYFS job summary
We are a rapidly improving and innovative 3 form entry school.
We are looking to appoint a leader who:
Demonstrates flair and creativity in their well-organised, reflective teaching practice.
Motivates pupils to learn and meet the needs of all children in the phase.
Builds successful relationships with staff, parents and other stakeholders.
Is a person of integrity and warmth with a ‘mind to be kind’.
Promotes and maintains high standards that support acceleration of pupil progress.
Shares their passion for subject leadership with challenge and creativity at the centre of the curriculum.
