About Us:
At Heyford Park School, our mission is to provide the best possible education for all our students. As a small, inclusive school, we pride ourselves on the strong relationships we build with our students and families, ensuring that each child is known as an individual. Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do, and our outcomes for disadvantaged students and those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) have been consistently strong.
The Role:
We are seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Headteacher with a focus on Inclusion to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a primary or secondary educator to take on a key leadership role at a flourishing school, working closely with a dynamic team to ensure that all students receive the support they need to thrive. The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced SEN administrator.

- Play a key role in shaping the future of inclusive education at Heyford Park School, building on the strong foundations currently in place.
Essential Qualifications:
- SENCO qualification or a willingness to undertake one upon appointment.
- Proven teaching and leadership experience in either primary or secondary education.
- A strong commitment to professional development and career growth.
About the School:
Heyford Park School joined the Eynsham Partnership Academy Trust (EPA) in 2020 and has since made significant strides, as reflected in our "Good" Ofsted rating (October 2023). We work closely with Bartholomew School, offering rich opportunities for professional growth and collaborative working. Our small school environment allows us to know each student individually, ensuring that every child receives the attention and care they deserve.
