We are seeking a talented, energetic and passionate Assistant Head of Maths to assist the Head of Department from the Autumn Term 2019.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to work alongside a highly committed team within a school that is on a journey to become a Good school with the support of a successful Multi-Academy Trust. This full time post will suit an ambitious teacher of the highest quality who will relish the challenge of working with able and articulate students alongside passionate colleagues and be supported by a personalised CPD programmed – underpinned by a commitment to staff wellbeing – is also available.
The successful candidate will be a highly effective team player, an excellent teacher and will be committed to raising the aspirations and achievement of all students. You will want to strengthen and help shape the ethos of the department and our school.
All our full time teachers are expected to act as tutors thereby making a significant contribution to the pastoral care of our students. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to contribute in some capacity to our extensive extra-curricular programme.
