approach to education, which is summarised on our school website.
The wonderfully diverse population of learners, the emphasis on
professional learning for staff and the friendly atmosphere make Ladybridge an
interesting and enjoyable place to work.
We aspire to be an ‘evidence-informed’ school where teachers are
encouraged to read, research, collaborate and take calculated risks in the classroom.
All teaching staff at Ladybridge have a generous allocation of

have the time to carry out their role to the highest possible standard, whilst
having a genuine work-life balance.
