We are seeking to appoint a
dynamic and enthusiastic full time Teacher of PE to join and help to lead our
PE Faculty as Assistant Head of PE on a permanent basis from 8 January
2024. This is an exciting opportunity
for the successful candidate to work alongside our new Head of PE, who was
appointed from September 2023 to work alongside our current Head of Faculty,
who retires at the end of December 2023 after 24 years of dedicated service. The new Assistant Head of PE will work with
the new Head of PE to help drive the new vision for the PE faculty, and take
Physical Education forward as the school builds on its excellent
The majority of
teaching for the successful candidate will be core girls’ PE across KS3 and
KS4. Subject expertise in both gymnastics
and netball is desirable as is experience delivering the Cambridge National
Sports Studies to Level 2.
