Be an outstanding EYFS practitioner with experience in Key Stage 1 and/or 2.
Have proven leadership experience.
Lead on the strategic direction and development of the EYFS curriculum across the settings.
Have a passion for how young children learn.
Have the ability to excite and inspire both pupils and staff.
Thrive on professional development opportunities and enjoy supporting others on their own professional journey.
Be someone who is resilient and able to overcome obstacles and challenge.
Have excellent communication skills enabling the development of strong relationships with all stakeholders across the Federation community.

Are you an excellent EYFS practitioner with experience in Key Stage 1, looking for an opportunity to develop your teaching, leadership and management skills in a forward-thinking creative Federation? We are offering a fantastic leadership opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative environment; alongside outstanding colleagues who will help to guide and support your future development. We are seeking practitioner with a positive, pro-active outlook and a passion for early development of children within the teaching profession who have proven leadership experience and who are ready to develop their whole school leadership and management skills.
Candidates should have an excellent knowledge and understanding of early years and the primary phase, ensuring high standards in the teaching of literacy together with an excellent grasp of the primary curriculums. The successful candidate will have significant designated leadership time to fulfil the requirements of the role. We are federated with our partners at the Junior School and have a successful pre-school based off-site. A person specification is available on request.
